The responsible training and qualification of young talent is a high priority in the WOLPERT GROUP. We are an esteemed training partner in the region and are glad to pass on our know-how to the next generation of young professionals. Wolpert trains almost 85 young people in ten different professions and provides them with a solid foundation for their future careers. The many winners - both on a national and association level - that have trained with us over the years demonstrate the effectiveness of our training methods. The WOLPERT GROUP regularly participates in regional training days and education fairs, which our apprentices organise on their own initiative. This is how soon-to-be school graduates hear from a trustworthy source how they can plan their future with Wolpert.

In order to achieve this shared future, we run a training centre, in which our apprentices receive targeted training for their apprentice professions and the corresponding exams. Additionally, office courses and seminars addressing methodological and social skills, team work and presentation skills are offered there. And the successful completion of an apprenticeship need not be the end. Apprentices who received high scores on their final exams and have shown great commitment to the company, are invited to join our youth talent promotion team, in which every member is responsible for his/her own project under the supervision of an experienced mentor. The tasks are all building blocks on the way towards the “Industrie 4.0”, in which the processes and procedures are conducted with a high level of transparency and are largely automated. Each project represents a building block on the path to the future, the results of which are implemented in practical projects to benefit the group and is a significant reason why our young talent enjoys such high esteem in our companies.
