Sustainability is an important factor in the WOLPERT GROUP. And in this respect, we are not only thinking about our own products and manufacturing processes. Since 2011, we have installed more than 10,000 sq. meters of high-efficiency and high-performance solar cells on our buildings in Bretzfeld.

These panels provide almost 1,600 kWp and generate about 1,400,000 kWh of electricity. This is enough to supply the households in the district of Schwabbach with electricity in the large community of Bretzfeld. The sun is our friend and with its photovoltaic systems, WOLPERT GROUP actively participates in CO2 reduction and supports climate protection. As such, over 1,000 tons of CO2 are saved every year. With each sunny day, our solar panels and use of renewable energy sources have been solidifying the WOLPERT GROUP’s environmental contribution.

Production of the harmful CO2 gas that contributes to climate change and the hazardous greenhouse effect has been avoided by using environmentally-friendly solar power. Currently our CO2 reduction is around 4,500 tons.
